The world and fashion are changing rapidly - Imperity is constantly responding to new challenges and trends: their products have been vegan since last year and come in recycled packaging for hairdressers, with the goal of completing this major transition for all products by the end of 2024. The colors of Singularity cream hair dye have been refreshed, with 33 stunning new shades arriving to meet the current needs of hairdressers: cool browns, cool ashy blondes not only in depth 12, ultra reds... and the list goes on.
The new colors inspired Imperity's showcase hairdressers - including Master Hairdresser Zsolt Ligetvári and his team - who happily took on the challenge of creating a new hair collection.
"We observe that Hungarian guests can primarily be classified into cool winter and cool summer color types, with cool shades being the most suitable for their skin tone. Since warm pigments tend to remain in the hair during bleaching, the art is not in creating warm tones (e.g. honey blonde, etc.), but rather in neutralizing stubborn red, orange, and yellow pigments. With this in mind, we carefully selected from the wide range of color samples sent from the manufacturer's laboratory - such a color refresh is a grand project, we started testing the selected colors in multiple rounds early last year, finalizing the appropriate range requires a lot of work and responsibility. In late January of this year, the hair collection photoshoot took place after a careful model selection process.
We selected from the 33 new shades for the hair styling of our models.
MODEL 1: Brown, curly-haired model
Our first model arrived with a base hair color depth of 5, with natural hair and minimal grayness. Thanks to their Afro-European ancestry, their hair naturally contains a lot of red pigment. We were able to beautifully neutralize these warm pigments with Singularity cream hair dye 5.07, Singularity cream hair dye 5.01, and Singularity cream hair dye Green corrector.

MODEL 2: Red, long-haired model
Our second model arrived with a base hair color depth of 5-6, with minimal grayness and faded dyed hair. Blonde panels were placed at the center of the hair and along the length to prepare for the beautiful emergence of the red color.

MODEL 3: Copper-colored, long-haired model
Our third model arrived with a base hair color depth of 6-7, with less than 20% grayness and faded honey blonde colored hair.

MODEL 4: Short, purple-haired model
Our fourth model arrived with a base hair color depth of 5, with no grayness and dyed hair: the roots were grown out natural, the ends were bleached blonde, and the ends were decolorized in the sink before combing to ensure a clean base. Recipe: Full bleaching up to level 10, Blonderator Impevita Ammonia Free Ultra Premium Bleaching Powder (30g) + Singularity Oxivator Argan Oil cream hydrogen 6% (60g) Root toning: Singularity Blue Corrector (30g) + Singularity Red Corrector (30g) + Singularity Oxivator Argan Oil Cream Hydrogen 1.5% (60g) (1:1) Length color: the dye used for the root color was combed/emulsified for 2 minutes in the sink
MODEL 5: Blonde, medium-length hair model
Our fifth model arrived with a base hair color depth of 4, with a botched, patchy blonde hair, necessitating multiple pre-lightening treatments to remove the patches, followed by repigmentation in blue-yellow (9.33, 7.44, 5.01) to achieve a natural and even base, from which the cool shade could be applied and toned.
